I know that my two great granddaughters will be thrilled with the Mini Boy Doll & Pool Day Set because they love summer and going to the pool themselves.

I haven’t made the doll or any accessories yet but it looks very cute. The instructions and photos are very comprehensive and easy to understand. I did by see a problem making this pattern.

Stella has given excellent instructions every step of the way. I highly recommend all of her patterns. My granddaughters just love the little dolls as they easy to hold onto, they are small for small hands. Thanks Stella for all the time you have spent on creating and perfecting these wonderful patterns.

Hi Stella, I haven’t started sewing yet, but I’ve looked through the pattern instructions. It looks fabulously detailed. I’ve found that some patterns I’ve bought from other makers don’t give clear instructions, especially for complex parts of the pattern. For example, I have a half-made pony, and there’s a part of the pattern that just isn’t explained properly. When I approached the designer, the comment was, “It’s easy, just follow the pattern.” Well, I wouldn’t ask if it were that easy.

Your patterns are wonderful. I love making the dolls. You’re clearly proud of what you design, and you write your patterns in a way that even non-professional sewists like me can understand, and the finished item turns out looking wonderful. That’s why I keep buying new patterns, even though I haven’t sewn half of them yet. :))

Hello,
I am so glad I made this purchase! The directions are easy to follow and beginner friendly. My first doll is a bit lopsided but she is turning out so cute!! I can’t wait for my daughter to play with her. I will say I was kind of bummed that the video tutorial links didn’t work. I think that would have been very helpful for the hair portion. And maybe the eyes too for that matter. But other than that I’m loving it.
